HMD Imperial provides, but is not limited to, the following professional services as defined in the company's statutes:

• Études de marché, veille économique, sondages d'opinion

• Gestion de projets et management pour le compte des entreprises

• Recrutement et accompagnement à l'immigration internationale

• Création de partenariats stratégiques

• Import-export de produits, matériels, équipements et accessoires

• Conseil en stratégie de marque, branding et communication institutionnelle

• Conseil en systèmes d'information et transformation digitale

• Toutes opérations commerciales, industrielles, financières ou immobilières connexes

All services are subject to separate service agreements which will be provided prior to commencement of any engagement.

4. Consultation Bookings

Booking requests submitted through HMDIMPERIAL.com constitute a request only and do not represent a confirmed appointment until written confirmation is received from HMD Imperial. By submitting a booking request, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Attend or cancel scheduled consultations with at least 48 hours' notice

• Acknowledge that consultations are subject to availability

• Accept that initial consultation content is for exploratory purposes only and does not constitute formal legal, financial, or professional advice

HMD Imperial reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

5. Confidentiality

HMD Imperial undertakes to treat all information shared during consultations and engagements as strictly confidential. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without express written consent, except where required by applicable Moroccan law or regulatory obligations. Clients are likewise expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or strategic materials shared by HMD Imperial.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on HMDIMPERIAL.com including text, graphics, logos, the HMD diamond logo, and brand identity elements are the exclusive property of High-Level Management & Développent SARL-A.U. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited. Deliverables produced for clients as part of paid engagements are governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.

7. Fees & Payment

Service fees are determined on a per-engagement basis and communicated in writing prior to commencement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Fees are payable in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or as agreed in the service contract

• A deposit may be required to secure engagements

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified

• Late payments may be subject to interest as permitted under Moroccan commercial law

8. Limitation of Liability

HMD Imperial provides advisory and consulting services based on information available at the time of engagement. We do not warrant specific outcomes or results. To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, HMD Imperial's liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data collected through HMDIMPERIAL.com (including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company information) is used solely for the purpose of processing consultation requests and providing our services. HMD Imperial does not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is handled in accordance with applicable Moroccan privacy regulations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us directly.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services of HMD Imperial shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Casablanca, Morocco, as provided in Article 33 of the company's constitutive statutes.

11. Modifications

HMD Imperial reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on HMDIMPERIAL.com with a revised date. Continued use of the website or our services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
